- After cleansing, prepare your skin with toner. Carefully apply the mask sheet onto your face, avoiding the lip and eye areas.

- Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then remove the mask and gently pat your skin to help absorb any remaining essence. Avoid rinsing.

- Gently massage any leftover ampoule into your skin until fully absorbed, and conclude with moisturiser for optimal hydration.
